OK, we aren’t actually TASTING the yarn.

Have you ever picked up a skein of yarn and asked “What do I do with this?” This guided tasting is for you! You’ll receive samples of various yarns and we will knit or crochet our way through them, discussing fiber content (what it’s made of, how it differs from other fibers, what to expect working with it), colors, dye methods, plies, and more so that you have the tools and knowledge to confidently pair yarns with patterns for a project that you’ll love to make and wear.

You’ll be provided with a worksheet that you can keep in your yarn basket as a handy reference!

Some needles and hooks will be provided, but feel free to bring some of your own! (We’ll be sampling everything from fingering/sock weight to super bulky)
